US Postage and Shipping Rates
US postage applies to areas within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, APO address, and US territories.
USS Ground - Most packages, especially the heavier ones, will be shipped out via UPS Ground with tracking / insurance included unless otherwise stated. UPS Ground usually takes 3 - 5 business days for packages to arrive to their destination.
USPS Priority Mail - Lighter weight packages are usually shipped out via USPS Priority with tracking unless otherwise stated. USPS Priority usually 2 - 3 business days for packages to arrive to its destination. Insurance is optional and may be obtained at the buyer's request. However, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in the mail if insurance was not requested.
USPS Express Mail - The buyer also has the option to request 1-Day Express Mail shipping which includes tracking/confirmation and automatic insurance of up to $500.00 value.
International Postage and Shipping Rates
International postage applies to anywhere outside the United States and its territories.
International Air Mail / Global Priority Mail - International airmail usually takes 10 - 14 days for packages to arrive. However, it can take up to 2 - 3 weeks in certain locations. Shipping under 4 lbs (36 inches LWH) will be sent via Air Letter Post or Global Priority (if Global Priority is available in your country) and cost usually starts at $9.00. Neither Air Letter Post or Global Priroity have available tracking or insurance. So please keep this in mind when choosing this method of shipment! Any package larger than 4 lbs (or 36" LWH) or with insurance, will be mailed out via Registered Airmail.
International Express Mail (EMS) - EMS shipments usually take 3 - 5 business days to arrive to its destinations, however, it can take up to 10 business days in certain locations. EMS includes automatic insurance of up to $500.00 value as well as tracking/confirmation and cost usually starts at $19.50. It is recommended that all larger orders be sent via EMS.

All defective products will be replaced immediately (subject to availability). Any items lost or damaged in the mail must have been insured in order to receive coverage. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. General returns are accepted ONLY under certain circumstances. We will not accept returns on merchandise that have been opened or viewed. You can only return items for an exchange or for store credit.
In order to qualify for a return, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the package. You will then be issued an authorization # to include with the returned package if you do qualify. We must receive the package within 10 days after the authorization # has been issued.
